She has a proven track record as an efficient problem solver with good decision making, organization, interpersonal and business skills. She is an astute professional with strong work ethics and the ability to remain calm, patient and productive in a fast-paced environment. She performs mobile closings in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties.
• Dina DeFalle - Licensed Closing Officer
  
  Licensed Title Insurance Closer, Notary Public State of Florida. Dina has 14+ years experience in the title insurance industry. She is proficient in all aspects of the real estate market including new construction, 1031 exchanges, commercial, residential and refinance transactions. Dina is well known for her excellence in customer service and willingness to "go the extra mile". She performs mobile closings in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties; again, this offers flexibility in scheduling closings for both you and your clients.

  Licensed Title Insurance Closer, a Florida native with 17+ years experience in the title insurance industry. JR assists and processes all closings performed by Albritton Title, Inc. Her knowledge, communication and organization skills accompanied by her professionalism ensures a smooth transaction for all.
• Amy Shepard - Closer/Processor
  
  Notary Public of the State of Florida. Native of the Republic of Panama, has 10 years combined experience in the Real Estate and Title Insurance Industry. Amy is fluent in Spanish and is an active Board Member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). She is able to conduct the processing and Closings in Spanish for the Hispanic Clients. Whether it's a Real Estate Sale, Purchase, Refinance, FIRPTA and 1031 Tax Exchange Closings, she is willing and able to help your clients. She also has 1031 Tax Exchange Documents readily available in Spanish for the Hispanic Clients. Amy performs mobile Closings in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. She presents a personable, professional business-like demeanor.
• Christine Saccone - Marketing Director
  
  Notary Public State of Florida. Christine is accountable for all marketing efforts for independent office. She excels in customer service to realtors, loan officers and mortgage brokers. She consistently increases sales and maintains client accounts.
